Week 10 of What to Wear Sailing is here! This week we have the beautiful Aimee wearing two outfits for tooling about in port. One for day and one for evening.
What to Wear Sailing Day Wear:
This outfit is perfect to take a tour around the island, go for a nice walk along the beach, or to have some fish tacos and a mojito at the local watering hole.
Aimee looks super nautical in her Sperry Top-Sider Tech Shirt and Shorts. These pieces are designed from light-weight, breathable, quick drying material. Plus the material is anti-microbial and provides up to SPF 50 sun protection. And just in case you are still sipping mojitos after the sun goes down, they have reflective logos for visibility as you walk back to the dock. Guess what? The Sperry Top-Sider Tech Shirt and shorts are on sale at West Marine! Just follow the links in the first sentence above.
What to Wear Sailing Evening Wear:
Now Aimee is ready for a nice grilled, fresh caught, fish dinner with a glass of wine, or two, and a lovely sea breeze to relax in. Ahhh sailing is pretty nice, no?
Now off to night club for some dancing and meeting the locals and other sailors enjoying the life at sea with a little steel drum band under the moonlight. Can you visualize it? I can. 🙂 This dress is perfect for any time of day, but especially nice to wear at night when you want to head out and get the local feel of the island.
This lovely dress is light-weight and easy to wash and dry. Won’t take up a ton of room in your travel bag either.
See you on the water,
Sail Away Girl
